Muravid provides an AI-powered platform for generating images and videos using various AI models. Our service aggregates multiple AI providers to offer a unified experience. Credits are purchased as one-time packages and can be used to generate content.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement to use our services. By using Muravid, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Muravid to generate content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties
• Contains harmful, offensive, or illegal material
• Is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading
• Promotes violence or discrimination
• Depicts minors in any sexual or exploitative context
• Creates deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create using Muravid. However, you are responsible for ensuring your prompts and inputs do not infringe on third-party rights.

Commercial License: All paid credit purchases include full commercial rights to generated content. You may use the content commercially subject to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Credits and Payments

Credit System: Credits are consumed when you successfully generate content. If a generation fails due to technical issues on our platform, credits are automatically refunded to your account.

No Expiration: Purchased credits never expire. However, credits cannot be transferred to other users or converted to cash.

Refunds: Failed generations are automatically refunded. Other refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Please review our Refund Policy for details.

6. Service Availability

Muravid uses third-party AI models and may experience service interruptions due to model provider issues, maintenance, or high demand. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. In case of prolonged service failures, we will work to restore functionality as soon as possible.

7. Disclaimer

Muravid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements or expectations. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy. Users who engage in prohibited activities may have their content removed and their access revoked without refund.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
