1. Credit Purchases
All credit purchases are one-time payments for a fixed amount of credits. Credits never expire once purchased. We do not offer refunds on purchased credits except as described below.
2. Failed Generations
If a generation fails due to technical issues on our platform, credits are automatically refunded to your account. No action is required from you.

- Model service unavailable
- System error during processing
3. Refund Requests
For other refund requests, please contact us at support@muravid.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will review each case individually.
Refund approvals are at our sole discretion. We may request additional information to process your request.
4. Chargeback Policy
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us first at support@muravid.com. We are committed to resolving issues directly and efficiently. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.
