You agree not to use Muravid to generate content that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties
- Contains harmful, offensive, or illegal material
- Is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading
- Promotes violence or discrimination
- Depicts or exploits minors in any way
3. Adult Content
Muravid does not allow the generation of adult or NSFW content. This includes any sexually explicit material, nudity, or content that could be considered obscene.
4. Deepfakes and Impersonation
You may not use Muravid to create deepfakes, impersonate real individuals (celebrities, public figures, or private persons), or generate non-consensual intimate imagery. Creating content using someone else's likeness without consent is strictly prohibited.
5. Copyright and Trademark
Do not use Muravid to generate content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. This includes generating content using brand logos, copyrighted characters, or protected designs without authorization.
6. Misleading Content
You may not generate misleading political, medical, financial, or legal content. AI-generated content must not be presented as authentic documentation or authoritative advice.
7. Content Moderation
All prompts, uploaded images, and generated content may be reviewed automatically or manually for compliance with this policy. We reserve the right to:
- Reject generation requests that violate this policy
- Remove generated content that violates this policy
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Refuse refunds for content that violates this policy
8. User Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploaded images, and the use of generated content comply with this policy. Muravid is not responsible for how you use the content you create.
